The Fractyl Health Revita® system (currently in phase 3 trials) targets Type-2 diabetes through a minimally invasive, outpatient, endoscopic procedural therapy using a proprietary balloon catheter to hydrothermally ablate the mucosal surface of the duodenum, resulting in intestinal stem cell-mediated regeneration.
Product Insight’s integrated design and engineering teams have been responsible for the ongoing development of Fractyl Health’s Revita® system hardware including enclosures, consumables, internal structure, electromechanical subassemblies, usability verification, DFM, prototype development, and UX support.
